President & Broker/Owner of Nuevo Realty Group and KMS Investments.  The company has offices in northern and southern California.  With over 17 years experience as a Real Estate professional, Richard Sanchez also in has a Masters degree from Stanford University. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has been very involved in the community. Richard has extensive experience in buying and selling residential income properties (2-180 units), commercial properties, and residential properties. Richard is also experienced in leasing and property management. His experience in working with first time buyers is very extensive and his work with investors is second to none. With his Real Estate experience, Richard Sanchez brings a creative approach to the buying and selling of Real Estate.

 Richard is a member in good standing with the Department of Real Estate, the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the (National, Los Angeles and Silicon Valley) National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and the Northern and Southern California Real Estate Boards. Richard was on the NAHREPSV education committee.  He is currently Director of Compliance with NAHREPSV.   His focus is to become more involved in the Community with an emphasis on a regional presence.  He wants to create a better communication system between chapters and encourage member participation between chapters and strengthen the Latino community, both politically and economically.
